Bourbon Cranberry Sauce *
1 pound fresh cranberries (4 cups)
2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup bourbon

tightly with foil and place in preheated 350 degree oven. Bake until the
cranberries are tender and the sugar is dissolved, about one hour, stirring

In order to get the best flavor make sure that your ground cinnamon is
fresh!

Well, this dish was a big hit with my family on Thanksgiving. I even liked
it more then the Cranberry Orange compote. It's simple, simple, simple
to make and very flavorful. You should definitely give this one a try!
One note - Some did
run out underneath the foil into the oven, so put a piece of aluminum
foil under the baking dish too.
