ASPARAGUS WITH ORANGE, GINGER AND SESAME OIL
We love, with a capital "L" this recipe from the the
Urban Peasant, James Barber. We think it's perfect for a romantic Valentine's
Day dinner as it incorporates two known aphrodisiac's, Asparagus and Ginger.
This recipe serves 4 so we'd suggest cutting it in half.
ASPARAGUS WITH ORANGE, GINGER AND SESAME OIL

* 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
* 1 clove garlic, grated
* 1/2 teaspoon salt

the sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside. Trim
the bottoms of the asparagus stalks and cut the stalks into bite-sized
pieces
2. In the same fry pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the
ginger.
3. Cook for 1 minute, then add the asparagus and salt. Toss and add the
orange zest and juice.
4. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and let cook for 3-4 minutes.
