Green Beans with Coconut 1 10 oz. package frozen French cut beans or 1 pound fresh green beans, French cut 4 tablespoons vegetable oil or ghee 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced 1 green chili, minced 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 cup shredded fresh coconut or 2/3 cup unsweetened dried coconut
Add coconut and a few tablespoons of water if dry. Simmer 10 minutes.
